Origami Den is tucked underneath Sushi Hai in the highlands where the space sets the mood with soft lighting, cherry blossoms all around and the traditional Japanese tea rooms that make it feel even more tucked away . From the intimate yet whimsical vibes, to the most impressive menu, and the 1,000 hand folded origami cranes that adorn the space, Origami Den is an absolute dream.

The Mercury Cafe is Denver's legendary arts bar, serving organic Colorado cuisine for omnivores, veterinarians, and vegans, complemented by local organic wine, bear, spirits.
