INJOY’s owners are - like the food they want to serve – a European /American blend. They have both lived and traveled in many different places around the world and acquired a taste for the old European/Mediterranean tradition to celebrate meals. There, it is an important part of the day to get together, eat freshly prepared food, INJOY each other’s company and catch up. On one balmy night in 2016, at a stylish little restaurant in the Netherlands, they decided to bring this experience home to Erie, CO. So here we are: please be our guests, come and INJOY.
