While reservations are not required for all events, they are strongly encouraged. The Mercury Cafe is Denver's legendary arts bar, serving organic Colorado cuisine for omnivores, veterinarians, and vegans, complemented by local organic wine, bear, spirits. The chef's are proud to serve food grown by Colorado's organic farmers. Expect quite live music in the dining rooms and unique cultural events.
