Frequently Asked Questions- Can I make a reservation for 2 people?
- Reservation can only be made for groups of 6-16 . Groups 1-6 can check our wait list at https://www.waitlist.me/w/virgilioswaitlist
- How long can we stay?
- During these Covid times and limited seating we ask our guests to limit their dining experience. to 1 hr 30 min for smaller groups and 1 hr 45 min for larger groups with a reservation. If no reservation is behind you then time limit does not apply.
- Can we request the bar or patio?
- Bar and patio are seated on a 1st come basis.
- Do you have a gluten free menu?

This was a special family dinner for 9 where people had never met each other before. Prior to our reservation I saw Desiree, the manager, who adjusted our table location. Taylor our server worked with me to make sure we did not go over our reservation timeline. He was also an excellent server and very personable! Thank you Virgilio's for a wonderful family experience that we will all treasure.

We came for a family celebration lunch party of 11 after the graduation of my son at Red Rocks. This restaurant has many family memories so it seemed fitting to add another one for our special day. We live much further away now and don't get to come as often. James our server was excellent! Very attentive, kind and fast. The food was exceptional as always and just how we remembered it to be. We each ordered our favorites and then a couple pizzas for the table. The garlic knots are always the beat way to start the meal and they did not disappoint. We couldn't leave without cappuccinos, almond cookies and cannolis. The perfect ending to a perfect day! Thank you for making this day another family memory.

We can’t thank you enough. The food was wonderful along with excellent service. There were 18 of us in the party and were couldn’t believe how efficient your teams were from the order taking whether it was drink or food order to the timely delivery of our hot food. And when I say hot I mean hot. Meals were delivered together 18 meals and they were nice and hot. This was only the second time at your restaurant of the 18 and now you have 16 new patrons. :). We had a fantastic experience, thank you! We arrived a half hour earlier than our reservation time due to another event ending early and we were still promptly seated.
Our server was amazing! Our drinks were never empty, she had baskets of hot, buttery garlic knots out to tide us over until our food arrived. Our orders were perfect and the food was absolutely delicious. The Fiocchi purses- heaven!! I can’t stop thinking about their balance of sweet, salty perfection.
She was prompt with the check and all 13 of us left stuffed and happy. You made our family gathering wonderful, we will all be back!

I have never had a bad meal or experience at Virgilio's. The staff are friendly and efficient. The food is excellent. We have our favorites. I have had many items on the menu. The Eggplant Parm is so delicious and is my go to. My husband loves the Sausage and Pepper Hero.
I'm always excited to try the specials they offer. Most are not part of the regular menu. I've never been disappointed with those choices.

I had to ask for the music to be toned down. The server immediately did so! Fab!

The meal and service was great! I was caught off guard when our waitress told me she would try to do better next time (she apparently was upset with her $46 dollar tip) so I left her an additional $5 which made the tip 20 instead of 18%. This encounter left me with a bad taste regarding my overall experience.

At 5:30 the restaurant was very busy. We had a reservation but the man that took our name walked away after I gave him the name. Then came back and started seating walk in customers and forgot about us. When he took us to our table it was not ready so we stood there until they could get it ready. They brought the wrong food over and had all of us state what we ordered like we were wrong.
The waitress was good. The food was as good as ever.

We came with close friends visiting from Ecuador. They overheard your staff saying they wished we would leave right at the 2 hour time. We didn’t appreciate this and our guests were offended. Might want to be mindful of where and when you’re saying those things
