Brilliant, friendly service, simple menu but food comes quickly and is generous and really good! The restaurant is clean and tidy, but there is space in the centre of the room for more tables which makes it feel a bit empty - but that is a very small negative. Highly recommended and we'll be back!

This is the restaurant that Derby has been waiting for. Superb Japanese food in a calming environment. The oysters were a revelation.

Enjoyed a meal here with my wife. The food itself and the service were good. It felt like out table for two was usually used to make a six next to it and we were very close to a table of four. The little shop at the front is novel. We found some treats to take home with us including some smooth sake. Overall, we enjoyed the experience.
