Overall experience was great and our server was very friendly and offered us to try a mocktail she had created herself which was really good. I though the pizza was nice but quite expensive for what it is. Cannot fault the service

We had a great time. Staff were really welcoming and helpful. Food and drinks came quickly and we're amazing! Great that you offer blue light discount! On wished you take cash too. Not really a con but 4 out of the 5 of us wished to pay cash.

It was my daughter's 18th - we didn't tell the waitress but she overheard and gave a free glass of prosecco - lovely. The food was delicious and the cocktails were amazing. We will definitely go again. Loved it!

The only suggestion would be that you should be told that it’s card only, as we had trouble paying because we didn’t have card on us. Cash is legal tender so I’m not sure why you don’t take cash, but overall an amazing time and we will be coming back. Thank you

Beautiful and delicious cocktails. Good food but maybe a dip or sauce with fries? I found the bar stools uncomfortable but that may just be my age! Very attentive staff and generally a lovely place to be. And seriously, the best cocktails in Exeter!

The staff are always welcoming and friendly, the food is always delicious. The only thing that let us down was the lack of choice on drinks as they had ran out of the special cocktails, therefore we couldn't get a deal on them. There also wasn't much choice on these considering it was Saturday night. We still enjoyed the drinks we had, which are always made to perfection nonetheless.

My wife was unable to sit on the raised stools that were on the ground floor, so we were forced to sit in the basement all alone at the tables and chairs there. Whilst we could not fault the food or service, sitting alone in a basement room was not a pleasant experience.

They serve a good range of pizzas, all of which were the same price, which was a sensible and welcome development I hadn't experienced elsewhere. Between the four of us we had three different pizzas, which were pretty tasty and enjoyed. Service was pleasant without being outstanding (they had to be reminded that part of the drinks order had been forgotten). The four negative points were: 1. All 4 pizza cutters we were issued with were wonky and wobbly such that it was almost impossible to cut straight lines in the pizzas. When we commented on this their level of interest in the issue seemed almost non-existent. A Pizza restaurant should surely have pizza cutters that work, as one of their basics? 2. When we asked for a pepper grinder we were given a little pot of ground pepper of dust-like consistency - again a pretty basic omission for a specialist pizza restaurant? 3. On that similar note we were not offered any olive oil or chilli or garlic oil which one might expect to be pretty standard too? 4. The menus included a range of desserts, but when we requested them after the main course had been eaten, we were told that they weren't serving desserts and that the only thing available was ice cream. So in summary the pizzas were good (so thank you for that) , but we felt that they had a few things to work on before it could be recommended as a specialist pizza restaurant.
