Had a last minute lunch in Latitude 48. Easy to book a table on line. Friendly welcome from the staff. The service was good There is a good affordable selection to choose from the menu. Can’t comment on the beers as we driving. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing meal out, we were seated down by the door it was a bit cold, we asked if we could move and he happily moved us, without an issue, it was very busy but the two lads that were running the service handled it quite well... And of course we will return. Dude with tattoos, hats off to you working a busy Saturday with a smile on your face and blonde dude too. Amazing work guys

We love latitude we don't get much time out without the kids but this is always our go to place its clean nice decor like the fact you play music too sets a nice mood, staff are lovely and the food is amazing never disappointed portions are more then generous and so tasty

Loved this place! Service was great the staff were all lovely, attentive without being over bearing. We got started with some enjoyable drinks while we perused the menu. It was hard to choose as it all sounds delicious. We had the truffle mushrooms to share as a starter and wow. Creamy, garlicky, buttery and perfectly balanced with no one flavour overwhelming the dish. I could quite happily pop in there and have that for lunch any day of the week. It was very tasty and a comforting, warming dish in the cold. I had the smoked ribs and my husband had the big 48 burger and what can I say but yum. The smoked ribs were sticky and had a lovely bbq sauce that wasn't stupidly sweet but again nicely balanced. The meat fell off the bones, and you could really taste the lovely smokey, char grilled flavour of the meat. The sides were great and the skin on chips crisp, fluffy on the inside and weren't greasy. My husbands burger looked fantastic and he thoroughly enjoyed it, there wasn't a single bite left. We enjoyed every mouthful of this delicious dinner. The atmosphere was great, music wasn't too loud and you are in good lighting. On a side note I use an electric wheelchair and the interior and exterior are accessible. I popped down I was in a chair on the online reservation and there were no problems. Their layout already accommodates a wheelchair easily, no tables had to be moved for me to get through the restaurant or to be placed at a table. There is an accessible toilet and the smoking area out back is also accessible. For me it was a lovely experience from start to finish with no panicky concerns because of the chair. Really enjoyable evening and we will definitely be going back several more times!

Knocked a point off because their little calling service box wasn't working properly and we had to go back to the old fashioned method of calling for the waitstaff, but the experience was perfect apart from that.

I have been here quite a few times. Every visit has been outstanding. The staff are just great, friendly, happy, helpful and enthusiastic. The food is by far some of the best I have had in a restaurant. There was also a very poorly customer on the night I was there and the staff went above and beyond to take care of the man and even drive him to the hospital as there were no ambulances available. Without a doubt my favourite place to go. They should all be very proud of the service and food they provide.

A great evening spent celebrating my birthday and end of Exams for my daughter. The food was excellent, staff friendly and attentive. My one only criticism was that I found the chairs a bit low and uncomfortable but didn’t spoil the meal so no harm no foul!

Everything was great, especially the food. Me and my friend did find it very uncomfortable to be eating our food and having a member of staff with her work top on and a VERY short skirt under it. While she was cleaning you could actually see everything, which when I’m eating I don’t want to see personally, and found it very unprofessional.

A great evening, however, the Tomahawk Steak was a little disappointing for price. Creamed corn appeared to be just sweetcorn in a bowl with cream on top, and 'Jack Daniels Honey Glazed Sauce' was just a standard bbq sauce (additional supplement paid) Otherwise, a good evening with great service. The staff were wonderful and the food was in general good. Unfortunately, I had to send my grilled chicken burger back because it was fridge cold in the middle (luckily not raw meat). They kindly offered me a completely new burger, but I declined and told them it would be ok to just microwave the meat so it was hot/cooked through. The staff were very kind and accommodating. They kindly removed a couple of the soft drinks from the bill total as compensation. We will still be coming back, because we have loved the restaurant since it opened and this last experience has not changed our view of the restaurant, food or wonderful staff. best wishes. Started off with excellent service, after food delivered we ordered more drinks but waited so long we had after asking 2 people we had to go up to the bar and get them. Our only problem was we didn’t realise that football was on and so many people in the bar shouting after England scored the 3 points over Wales we had difficulties getting to the bathroom and to the door on our way out. The girl who cleared our table was the only person who was working so hard and not watching the game, or chatting up the customers? The food I had was good, the steak sharing platter my daughter had the steak was cold ( we didn’t complain as we was starving hungry and they had a table of 27 people they had to do just before us we was informed about).

Had a great evening at Latitude 48, staff were great and explained how your ordering system worked, great idea. Food did take a while to arrive but was absolutely delicious. We were missing drinks menus on the table which made it difficult to know about the different ales you have, the waiter was happy to help though.

Absolutely amazing food and service , only negative was we were sat right in the corner under a speaker and next to the door leading out to the smoking area so we’re getting drafts off cold air every time people kept going in abc out. But can not fault the food amazing !!

I came in for loaded potato skins. They were "specials" apparently. I had them before and were totally gorgeous so please put them back on your menu permanently.

It was ok ,food was brilliant steak was tough but on the whole the evening was a good one, but don't feel the need to go again in a hurry

Had the tomahawk steak which was a little smaller than expected for two men to share . Came with half a sausage would have expected at least a full one . But was very flavoursome

Wonderful meal, just difficult to have a conversation as the music was too loud in the restaurant area but very quiet in the area with the pool tables etc where it would make more sense to have the loud music. Had to leave to have pudding else where as we were getting sore throats shouting at each other across the table. Great service and delicious food though

Our overall experience was a good one, the food was to a good standard and served quickly. The drinks were lovely too. The chairs were a bit uncomfortable however and I felt they don't cater for every person's size.

Had a loverly time food was awesome apart from the steak was under cooked it was almost reah In places but I don't mind it like that so didn't complain at the time but apart from that lots a fantastic place

Really enjoy latitude, the only thing that spoiled our experience this time was the strong smell of Cannabis coming from the garden. Because we were seated near the garden door.

When first arrived had to wait awhile for an employee to acknowledge we were waiting by the bar, once we had managed to book in and get a round of drinks was a very good experience. Love the coloured cubes so the employees knew what we wanted and most importantly there were a few dogs in the restaurant which was lovely to see.

The food was great, fair price, big portions and served soon after ordering! Being New Year’s Eve it was more bar than restaurant so wasn’t quite what we were hoping for, but that’s more of an oversight on our part. Overall a good experience and would probably go back on a quieter night!
