We went there for the first time to celebrate hubby's 60th birthday, and I can honestly say , it was the best night , the menu wasn't very big , but everything we ordered was cooked perfectly, even the grandson aged 3 loved it and he can be very fussy , a big shout out to the young lady who took our order and ran around after us she was so lovely , considering it was her second shift and we are a gobby lot , the guy training her (apologies for not getting names) was brilliant, he couldn't do enough to make us comfortable, overall the evening from start to finish was excellent, we absolutely will be trying there Sunday lunch , or just stopping off on a warm day for a glass of something cold .

The brook inn was very quiet but the service and food was excellent. The food was all freshly cooked and served beautifully. We had the Venison Pie and the Today chicken breast. We would each recommend what we had.
