I work right beside As One but was my first time having lunch there. The risotto came very fast and it was just delicious! All the team is very welcoming and the waiter was very present all the time. The bonus was the fresh orange juice! 10 from 10!

Had a reservation for 8pm and waited at the entrance for 20 minutes as it stated "Please wait to be seated" - finally went up to the bar because nobody was coming over. The dining space was not very busy at all however, the waiters would almost disappear after delivering the meal it was nearly impossible to get anything else or the bill. We ended up going to the bar to just pay after without even getting out bill as we asked many times and never got it. Needs better management staff - there is no leadership or direction.

Great service, waiters were very attentive and offered us a jug of water straight away, without the need for asking. 2 less positive points: 1) I ordered the full breakfast and the sausages were substandard I thought. The rest was totally fine. 2) When we asked for the bill, the waitress didn't give us a bill, she came straight away with the machine with total amount to pay. It would be nice if you could give a detailed bill as standard. Thanks!

Food is delicious, and staff are very nice and friendly. I think it’s slightly archaic to not allow substitutions with such a limited menu, fried eggs are offered with other options so it should be an easy swap to get fried instead of poached eggs when the menu options for each are very different. Also it wasn’t highlighted to us that we could have gone up to the counter for sandwiches if we liked, which we both would have liked but only saw after we ordered. Otherwise everything was great!

The space is beautiful, light and airy and not too noisy. Friendly service, lovely food, not cheap. Few small hiccups, did not get booked table, coffee order forgotten although later realised was not charged for it when it did come. Thank you. Will probably visit again.

Service wasnt great. Food was delicious, good value and with a great atmosphere. Server first of all told me i didnt have a reservation, and that many people try and "pretend" they reserved. Once he found my reservation, he said we couldnt add a seventh to our table of 6 (which is fair enough i guess), however the reason he gave was "too much for me to remember". I understand it was busy, but the service was off putting. Food was really good tho, so i will be back.

An enjoyable lunch but was dining with someone with coeliac disease. While every effort was made on the part of the staff who were there, I felt that people who are gluten intolerant weren’t very well catered for
