Under new management since March 2018 , The iconic location in the heart of Phibsborough John Doyles Pub was rebranded as Doyles Corner. This however the just the beginning of a new chapter in the history of this iconic building. After a 5 month budget busting renovation Doyles reopened in July boasting 8000 square feet of pure splendour.

Established in 2013 by two Nepalese chefs, Ravi and Pani. Both of them combined have over 30 years of experiences in culinary and hospitality. The cuisine at Everest is predominantly Nepalese made with herbs and spices that will surely please your palette.
