The Vintage Kitchen is one of our favouite venue's. The Staff are exceptional with there warm welcome for everyone. I brought my friends here for the first time and they were blown away by the food. The restaurant is small and very unpretentious. However it still manages to be cosy. The staff were welcoming and friendly. It's a set price and you can swap desert for an Irish/baileys coffee etc. Portions are very generous. Flavors different. Presentation excellent. There's a good wine list and beers are also served. There are set seating times. Its a hidden gem

We had a delightful experience at lunch, thank you. I would suggest upgrading the closing mechanism on the restaurant’s external door to ensure it closes fully for the comfort of diners. Currently it appears to stubbornly not fully close after opening which frequently causes discomfort to diners nearby during their meal.

We loved the staff, the ambience, the music and the variety of food on the menu. We were surprised that we needed to have a starter and a main course ie that it was a fixed menu - our fault for not looking at the website properly though. The prawn risotto was delicious. The main course was well cooked and presented. The price was more than we’d usually pay, but probably worth it for the standard of the food.

This was my second visit within a month. I ordered the prawn risotto as a starter, which was gorgeous. For my main course I ordered the burrata, the burrata was lovely, the beet boxy was almost inedible. It was hard to the point that all the other components of the dish just fell into a big heap in the dish. This is ok as a lunch offering not really as a dinner option. I didn’t call attention to it as I had brought three other guests for dinner. However I did discreetly mention it to the server later in the evening but got little response other than ‘I will mention it to the chef’. Our meal was brought abruptly to an end with the bill arriving and ‘we need the table back’ so no time for tea etc It was a pleasant enough evening but nothing as impressive as my first visit and unless the menu broadens to be a little more attractive for non meat eaters, I would be slow to return at the moment.

What a great restaurant. Four of us had dinner, set price of €65 and while the choice is small the food is superb. The Risotto starter and Goats cheese stand out. The Asian beef, duck and fish again were really good. If you don’t fancy desert then substitute a glass of desert wine or port. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the food. There was nothing not to like about Vintage Kitchen. Just beside Mulligans and Tara Street DART station we are already looking forward to our next visit.

I couldn't recommend this place highly enough. The food is delicious and generous of portion; the fish is as fresh as could be and the sauces are exquisite. The restaurant is small and space is limited but this just gives it a friendly, neighbourhood quality; we ended up talking to strangers at the next table. Service was excellent, you could feel the love of the kitchen in turning out tasty, good-looking food, and what's more, it is great value. Top marks all round!

Had a great meal. Food was excellent. Only slight negative was, as we were at the table just inside the door, there was a blast of cold air every time the door opened!! Will definitely be back though.
