Everythig about the food and service and location and ambiance are 10/10. But not even that, I lost my bracelet that night when we had our dinner, emailed the restaurant 3 weeks after, and the manager has found my bracelet,kept it for me and told me I can collect it back anytime during service time! Was so delighted! I've never felt more safe and relaxed. Will definitely recommend and will dine back again soon!

Paper menus are easier than making customers use their phones. I go for a meal at a restaurant to chat with my friends/family, not to look at my phone.
Food was brilliant as always, service was great aswell. The button to get a waiter's attention is a fun gimmick that definitely differentiates this place from others.

When it comes to eat out in pairs in Irland in general, all the restaurant tables are always too small.
I loved the food, the atmosphere and the service. The only problem for me was that the table was too small to have the Koran bbq, all the ingridients, the drinks... it was a little bit stressing for me but thats all.

We ordered beef bibimbap and boneless honey garlic fried chicken which were both affordable for the portion you get. However, the fried chicken was overcooked, dry and lacked the honey garlic taste. This was disappointing because the last time I ordered it, it was amazing (which is why I got it a second time)! The upstairs mezzanine eating area was extremely cold and I kept my coat on for the entire meal. The waiters could have also greeted us better and explained how ordering worked; last time we ordered at the counter and now, the menu is available by scanning a code with your phone and there is a bell on the table to call for service.

Getting 3 stars due to the fact that the place was not clean. The bathroom was sxarely dirty, the tables sticky and the bill wallet greasy, whixh surprised me knowing how OCD clean Koreans are, this place was not clean.

Our server was very polite and helpful, the food was delicious and good value for money, unfortunately one of party ordered prawns and the Intestinal track was still in them, not pleasant when we returned them our server was very apologetic and replaced them but one of the three prawns from the new order still had it? Also all our food arrived at different times, some people were still eating starters when others mains came out, the last of the dishes came out when everyone else was practically finished, the kitchen service really needs improving. Overall the food was tasty and our waiter was great, the food was just a bit to slow and all over the place coming out.
