I have been to Mr Croqueta 4 times since the end of August this year. To say I love it, is an understatement. It's so delicious. Great value. I bring all my friends there to experience the same joy and it never disappoints. It's a super good place and the staff and chefs should be very proud of what they are making. Would recommend to friend or foe. Delicious

We had a fabulous time here. The food is incredible- the best tortilla I’ve ever had, the best cheesecake. The croquetas are amazing. The aubergine was so good! Every single thing was delicious! Could have a wider wine list, or do corkage from the shop below for more options. But overall fab.

Hidden gem! Prawns are gorgeous! Sourdough bread with tomato and garlic was so flavoursome. The chicken croquettes and the mushrooms ones were really good. Such great value. Really basic eating area, definitely worth a visit.

Food, service and staff all fabulous. We could order as much as we wanted in stages too. Shop downstairs is great.
A little disappointed with the decor. Not at all Spanish but still nice. Lighting was too bright. Maybe turn down the dimmer switches slightly. Nicest tapas in Dublin. Will definitely return.

First time visitor to MrCroqueta. Loved the food - very reasonable prices also ! My only small quibbles are (i) it was quite cold upstairs and (ii) the space between tables is quite tight but neither of those items would stop me from recommending the restaurant and I'll be back soon! Food was great although there were some stuff missing from the menu we could not experiment. But it is way too expensive…I had an happy hour with some tapas and two glasses of wine, ended up spending like a dinner out (57 euro). A bit overpriced I’d say, could be the area where it is (Camden street) but still it’s a huge amount for the actual amount of food ate - portions were quite small…
Last thing that will not make me come back: it says it closes at 10pm, but at 9.30 we were asked to leave as they needed to close the till and the shutter was almost all down, almost to show us they were literally waiting for us. We were the last one in the shop and I felt I was literally kicked out of the place.

In general everything was ok and I would repeat and recommend if Im asked, but there are some points that could be better: the music too loud for such a small place, tortas shockingly small (please change this dish name n your menu, torta in Spanish means something completely different, or at least add a note that helps to imagine the portion/size) and one of the waiters (i think he wasn from Argentina) had a sense of humor a bit peculiar, it was clear that he didnt want to be there, we asked him for recommendation/suggestions and his answer was "it is up to you"...he looked tired and maybe he was simply having a bad day, but it wasnt nice. there was another waiter (tall, curly hair, adalusian?) that was really nice and helpful. It would be ideal if the place would be a bit brighter, but i guess it is not easy. In general, good experience and specially tortillas were really good. All the best
