Had a great first ever visit and it definitely won’t be the last. Anna kindly explained how it all worked and soon we were tucking in to some amazing food. The flavours were exquisite, the selection was wide and varied and there were lots of vegetarian options too. Will certainly be back for more! Thank you Anna and the team for a most enjoyable evening.

Having been to buffet time over the last 10 years and seen it change ownership, I have to say I won't be returning again as the under the new management it has really declined in service and operations. staff are not attentive and there's no atmosphere and certainly doesn't feel like a restaurant. The worst experience was when the lady serving us insisted on walking my 11 year old daughter to be measured against some pre existing measuring device and then return and tell us in no uncertain terms that our 11 year old daughter would have to pay adult prices. All our family felt quiet awarkward and embarrassed overall and we all agreed we wouldn't be returning again

Excellent as always. However a special mention must go to the Manager who helpeed one of our friends who cannot eat MSG flavour enhancements. The manager was so helpful and brought our friend some special food which had been cooked with no MSG. It made her day. Thank you so much.

Lovely people and amazing food. I can't rate fish dishes as we don't eat fish but they looked amazing. Everything else was so good we travelled 2 hrs by train to get to buffet time

The meal was great as usual but had a few problems with them calling me querying my booking. Booked both meals for 7 and then karaoke 8 till 10. After one hour staff came and told us it was time to stop. Was a bit annoying as we paid for the two hours. They did let us stay till 10 thankfully as we were treating our staff to a thank you meal and night out. I think they need to look at their online booking system. Was all a bit annoying but we love it there as the food and value is great and we will be back soon.

It was a nice novelty experience. Slightly strange setup because you order via the waitress at the table but then have to pay right away. Might be better to just ask people to pay at arrival (reception) or at the bar to avoid a delay in getting to the buffet. A short welcome and explanation would have been helpful. For example, we weren’t told refillable soft drinks were included. We’d also booked and paid for karaoke but when we got the room we were asked to put down a cash deposit or some ID. We weren’t told about this in advance so didn’t have either. Eventually we agreed that I’d leave my phone behind the bar. I can only assume that they have had some customers not pay for food and trash the karaoke room in the past but yes, it felt like things could have been more smooth at times operationally
