My first visit was spoiled by the faulty flushing mechanism in the disabled toilet. At first it didn't work, but a more determined effort resulted in the handle nearly falling out of the tank. Not surprisingly I was extremely irritated and (if I ever make another visit) I expect to find this unacceptable problem to have been resolved.
