The Wooer

Hi! We are Gabriele & Michela. We come from the North East of Italy but we consider Scotland our home now. We went Vegan in 2011 and since then we never looked back!
In 2016 we started Gorgeously Vegan: the first 100% plant-based online deli. Initially we served only the Falkirk Brightons area, but the requests grew up month by month and we went from being local (5 miles from us) to covering most of the Falkirk Area. Our products gained more and more visibility and at the end of 2017 we started Gorgeously Vegan for Business. Our range of pre-packed high quality plant-based food is now in the grab-and-go fridges of a few wise food businesses in the Stirlingshire area, so they can offer their customers a vegan choice.
As the requests kept growing, we eventually decided to reach more people offering a wider choice of great food together with a good coffee or a glass of wine in a friendly place. The natural continuation of the story is “The Wooer”: a challenge we accepted very enthusiastically. Formerly known as the “Coffee on Wooer” or “COW”, this place was so loved in Falkirk for its great coffee and its peculiar vintage style. We want to preserve this tradition while adding something new.
The new Wooer is now more than it used to be: not just a coffee shop, but a Café, a Bistro, a Deli and a Shop!
So cosy and situated in the very heart of Falkirk, we are sure The Wooer will be soon again a point of aggregation, of culture and a place where anyone can sit and enjoy the friendly service, the delicious food and the warm atmosphere.
