We’ve been to the Hare several times but the food on this occasion was really very good - we had salmon en croute. We noticed that the prices had risen since the last time we ate there but it’s the same in most other places. We have always enjoyed our meals at the Hare but this time our meal and portion size was spot on. Thank you

Absolutely loved our experience of the Hare. The setting was beautiful and very cool considering it was such a hot day. First thing that made us feel welcome was the lovely waitress bringing a bowl of water for our dog, that was very much appreciated. From then on the service and the food were exemplary. Well done to the young man and the young lady who served us you made us feel very welcome and we will be back very soon

Fabulous! There were 8 of us for Sunday lunch staff were very welcoming food was delicious! there was a mixture of roast, fish, meat on the table everyone thoroughly enjoyed their food more lemon desserts! they were all gone by the time we ordered!

Had an amazing roast dinner today! The meat was tender and full of flavour, the roast potatoes were perfectly crispy, and the vegetables were cooked just right. The Yorkshire pudding was light and fluffy, and the rich gravy brought everything together beautifully. Generous portions, great value, and friendly service made the whole experience even better. Definitely one of the best roast dinners I’ve had—highly recommended!
