I was not confident our on line booking had been acepted

Waiting staff appeared a little disorganised - needed a good sweep outside, tables and chairs still damp from early morning rain, not a welcoming environment - Drinks order taken promptly and issued with menus, waiter omitted to tell us we needed to order in the bar so we sat waiting, assuming our order would be taken at the table - food could have been delivered a little quicker considering we were the first customers of the day - food tasty and enjoyable

Upon arrival for inside dining (2nd visit) it is unclear who to spk to to advise you have arrived for a pre-booked table, as people are being served drinks from the bar. maybe either a stand/sign/person to greet? When seated we shouldn't have to ask for the Menu, or drinks menu by flagging down staff.
