It was wonderful! The biscuits and gravy were great, my daughter actually ate tomato soup AND loved it, the pot roast was amazing, and the cake was great! The cake was a little too tart for me, but everything was really great! And having the choir come in from Cherokee Bluff was awesome.

Love the food, taste was very flavorful and different than "run of the mill" franchise restaurants. Service was OUTSTANDING!!! Food was delivered to our table for all of us at the same time, very nice touch. All service was timely, drinks were kept full, and empty plates were removed quickly. Christmas decorations were a "hit" and added much to the atmosphere. Second experience this season. Will go again and again.

Brought some friends. It was their first time to The Bistro and they really enjoyed
it. Also want to thank Heather and the whole group for restocking the gift shop
so we could come back Friday and buy a few more Christmas items. OK it was
more than a few items. I think my friend set a record for highest sales amount
at the gift shop! We hope to come back in the future and enjoy many more meals.
It's a great program and Hall County should be proud of the program. Everyone
does a great job in making it a success. You should all be proud of the part each
of you have played in making the program what it has become.

The food was delicious, but I thought the descriptions could have been better on the menu. There was very little, if any beet in the salad and cabbage in the braised beef. The servers were a little disorganized but very nice and polite. It was a very nice evening. Thank you.
