Our Oysters Rockefeller were the best we have ever had! Our Old Fashioned was delicious. Our service was superb. The problem was our steaks. They had a HEAVY char that made them inedible for us. I know some people really like that, but we are not those people. It was so charred that we couldn’t taste the meat. We will be back! But, next time we are ordering lots of Oysters Rockefeller and an Old Fashioned and we will be very happy!

I have been here several times and brought clients for Brunch. This was the worst service I have had at your restaurant. Front greeter was awesome and sat us upstairs quickly. Had to ask for a server, had to ask for water, had to ask for silverware. Finally went and found silverware as we sat with our meals in front of us at another table. Server didn't care. Never had water glass refilled and had to ask again for more coffee and water. I know it was busy but I have been there when busy. Very disappointed in experience but you need to know.

Excellent dining. We loved the OctoberFest menu. Food was authentic. My only suggestion is to get rid of that American baseball park yellow mustard and bring in some authentic richer tasting dark brown mustard like they serve with sausages in Bavaria and Vienna. Loved the restaurant and will definitely return. Sorry Sheryl is leaving. She is a great server, and she enjoyed working there.

Abbie was our waitress and she was awesome; but, the entire staff was that way. Everyone we interacted with was pleasant and wished us a happy anniversary. I wasn't trying to notate we were celebrating our anniversary, but when I made the reservation it asked if the reservation was a notable occasion so I put that in and everyone from the hostess to the table busser said something to us. Nice touch! Oh, and the food was absolutely wonderful. In this day and time where eating out has gotten very expensive, you want to make sure your money is spent on good quality food with good service and portions that seem fair for the price you pay. We got our money's worth at Butcher & Bottle and if ever in the area gain, we'll be back! Thank you!

We really enjoyed the meal. We had not been back to this location since it was Emily's but decided to try it for our anniversary. All of your staff were great. They immediately wished us Happy Anniversary. Service was good. I had the snapper special and my husband had the short ribs. Both were very good. We were surprised when offered a free dessert. The bread pudding was great. We had a very nice evening. The only problem with the ambience was a very loud group seated across the restaurant. But it was not a major problem.

Reservations were easy. Atmosphere is casual and fun. Service was fantastic. The food was outstanding. We live in Ball Ground and decided this place will be in our rotation of restaurants to go to. Fries are handout. Dressings are homemade. Burgers are juicy and not overcooked. Cocktails were delicious too. Great experience all around!

The night was relaxing and the food very good. Tge salmon and corn risotto were great, and the meat loaf had the best crust and flavor. The Cesar salad was a bit on the dry side, but the flavor and freshness were excellent. Ally, our server was pleasant with the perfect amount of attention.

Made reservations for brunch over the phone, however we were not notified that we would not be able to order alcohol until 12:30 due to local laws. This should have been something I was informed of while specifically mentioning we were wanting to make “brunch” reservations. The food took longer than usual to be delivered to the table. Prior to the food being delivered, the server brought a basket with two slices of burnt toast to the table and then he did not return to the table for a long period of time. When the server did return, we kindly asked that he bring us another toast that was not burnt so badly. He replied in a less than professional manner by saying “It’s toast, it’s all going to come out the same way”. The food was good, however the service and overall atmosphere left much to be desired.

The Butcher and Bottle has become our favorite restaurant in the area. The servers are awesome. Nothing to touch it in Blue Ridge. Sorry to hear that the Steakhouse salad is going off the menu soon, we and our friends happily drive from Blue Ridge to enjoy it.

The place and the service are top class!!!! I am handicapped and they accommodated me really well. They even offer blankets to seat on. The server was really good about letting the chef also know about my allergies and they accommodated that as well. I was really really happy with the service. I tied the caviar plater and that was super delicious as well as the fresh oyster (although supper small). The problem with me was with the rest of the food. I ordered my flack steak, with is supposed to be a house favorite, medium but it was supper red and bloody. I used to eat my steaks like that but now I have stomach issues and can not eat food like that. I took one bite and that was it for me. The fish and ships my brother got were not seasoned well enough. The fish tasted like it didn't even have salt or pepper, and the slaw that they put there, we just did not like it at all. I did not make a big deal about my steak since I was hurting too much from the hard seat. Just took it home after just one bite. Once home I checked the other piece of steak that I hadn't cut into yet and it was even more bloody than the other one. The caviar is definitely worth it but everything else was not especially because of the taste and getting the wrong temperature on that steak.

We had a reservation and were seated right away. Drinks were fantastic. People who were sitting at the bar, blocked them from being seen from our table until they left. Server never told us the specials. Burgers looked better than they tasted. I ordered medium and it was very charred on the outside, bland inside. Fries were not bad. The other 2 people in our party ordered breakfast and enjoyed it. Server didn’t come back and ask us if we wanted another round of drinks, we had to go to the bar and order them.

We love you guys and will always be back but pls have the chef taste the food a little more before serving - the grilled chicken was so dry and tasteless and the food overall was just “ok.” The service great as usual - only suggestion otherwise would be to perhaps open on Saturday’s @ 11:30 rather than 12. People were waiting to get in and it’s so hot to have to sit and wait til the doors open at 12. Thank you all tho for the great atmosphere.

My favorite place to go in Ellijay. They have a great menu. Food is always fresh and cooked to perfection. They have an exceptional manager who always greets tables to make sure everything is fine. Thanks for sending out this opportunity for review. Always have loved the brunch experience. The menu continues to be exceptional. I especially liked that my food was served hot! I had the omelet with spinach, mushrooms and cheese. My husband had the French toast. His toast looked yummy as usual and thanks for including enough slices of bread! On the omelet, I would just suggest that the flavor of Ellijay's fresh mushrooms is not covered by another flavor. Not sure what was on them, but it was like a malty flavor, maybe just stirred into the mushrooms as they were sauteing. I think all mushrooms need is butter! That is my only suggestion!

First time in and we decided to sit at the bar. Having been in the restaurant business, the first thing I noticed was how clean the bar was - very nice. The service was great - both bartenders were very friendly and knowledgeable. Had a dozen oysters for an appetizer and they were super fresh and delicious. Our main courses came out soon after and we both really enjoyed everything. It was a really great experience and we're looking forward to coming back in.

Food was great. Ranks as best in Ellijay or Blue Ridge. Service was great. Do not have the servers name but she was blonde woman (long hair) from Dawsonville. She was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. We look forward to coming back!

The experience every time we're at Emily's is wonderful! The food was amazing! Our servers were the best, very attentive and top notch! Our girls book club loves coming every month and sometimes we're there twice a month and it's always consistent...we would not go anywhere else!!! ❤️

The only thing that I would say is if someone’s upstairs singing that the downstairs radio inside the restaurant be turned off so that the songs aren’t competing with each other

We do eat out a lot and I mean a lot. Although the ribeye was cooked perfectly and taste was great, the pricing was a little above the norm everywhere I’ve been recently. That includes Ms, Al and Ga. However, we did enjoy our visit. Respectfully, Randy Smith

Bryant was our server and he was FANTASTIC!! He truly elevated our experience at Butcher and Bottle. We all (7 of us) talked after dinner about how much truly good service by someone with such a positive attitude and engaging manner can make a difference. We enjoyed our food, the drinks, and the location - but he made it a 10! Please pass this along.

Tyler (upstairs) was a great waiter, couldn't ask for better service. The ladies filets were excellently cooked. My ribeye was very thin for a ribeye and impossible to be cooked medium rare; however, very tasty. I will be back.
