We went here for my son’s 7th birthday and he had an absolute ball. He loved the decor, the dinosaurs and the noises. He loved when the Safari staff brought the dinosaurs over to the table. Food was lovely too. Will definitely be back.

We loved our jurassic grill experience. The food was delicious and the staff were warm and welcoming. Our little dinosaur fan loved exploring and see all the dinosaurs and guessing their names. I was especially pleased with how clean the decor/theming was as that would require a lot of work. We loved meeting Victor and Sally too.

Loved the staff going round with the dinosaurs. Was sad the jarassic grill wasn’t accessable. Only suggestion is to maybe not come over whilest eatting dinner and more whilest waiting between meals but was fab can’t wait to come back

This was an absolute dream place for my daughter who absolutely loves dinosaurs. The restaurant was amazingly decorated and lovely and clean . The staff made our visit such a wonderful experience and the dinosaur table surface with the characters made my daughters day. The food was cooked well and came out lovely and hot and was enjoyed by all of the table and so reasonably priced as well . Thankyou for a great experience.

We came for the experience for my sons birthday who loves dinosaurs the food was tasteless poor quality although funnily enough the kids nuggets were not processed chicken as an adult paying £14-18 for a main I’d have much rather had the kids meal staff were very pleasant and engaging so would return for the overall experience which my little boy loved.

Bitter sweet visit as we were hoping for Jurassic Ice and all the delicious deserts on their menu, but when we arrived we were told that it doesnt open till the summer months. Nowhere online said this. The staff in jurrasic grill were understanding and polite and we decided to stay for a coffee and one of their deserts. Not quite what we wanted but none the less a decent stop to our day out.

Grandson loved it and that was important, my wife didn’t as food choices not great for someone who doesn’t like burgers and prefers fish which isn’t on the menu. Staff were really helpful and service was great. better menu choices would be good as there was nothing my wife would eat, so she chose a child’s fish finger meal the chips were tasty. Not everyone likes chicken, pasta or burgers so an adult haddock and chips would be good. Overall making a dino experience for our grandson was so exciting for him he loved that.

No chicken burger available, so only the beefburgers, which to be fair, are quite good. The cheese is truly disgusting though - the plasticky squares that even my 9 year old scraped off! Chips very good. Service is very good, and staff are friendly. The surroundings are great for kids, but starting to look like a refresh is needed.

The food was good and the restaurant clean. We were there with our son and with friends with their son who was younger. When they came around with the puppets though, both times they spoke to the younger child and not my son (who is still young). Quite an underwhelming experience. Pizzas were not available ( possibly half the menu) We waited nearly an hour for food to arrive, and burgers were over cooked, possibly reheats. We asked for some crayons to entertain the kids but there was none available in a half empty restaurant. Staff were trying hard but , sorry a big let down for us.
