Booked through table agent, got confirmation email from table agent but when I went to the restaurant they had no record of booking. For any of the bookings I made through table agent.

Lovely views from the restaurant. Staff were friendly and welcoming by but service was slow. It took 15 minutes for an orange and lemonade to arrive. We had to reorder our sweet dish because it had been overlooked. We booked our table online and when we arrived, the dining staff had no record of it and were a bit bewildered. However, we would eat there again.
