Love the ambience and the staff are great. My food was lukewarm and the potatoes in the massaman curry were not fresh had clearly been reheated but not properly. It was a great evening it was a work function but I was disappointed with the food. Wouldn’t rush to come back or recommend unfortunately.

The food is always so fresh and beautifully presented and the use of fresh herbs makes a real difference. There was only one minor hiccup where a drink was ordered and not delivered until being reminded some time later. However, that did not detract from the overall dining experience at Thai Mudgee.
I had been living out of the area for a few years, and on my return noticed they were no longer at their previous location so I was so delighted to find them again just recently, and at such beautiful new premises. Thai Mudgee used to be my favourite, not only for in-house dining, but for takeaway as well and it will be once again.
I love the online booking facility - just brilliant. Thank you for making a long overdue reunion with my friends just that extra bit special.

We love this restaurant and both food and service are excellent. Our waitress has and was again superb...and very professional. My only suggestion would be to place felt under the chairs on the concrete as they make a lot of noise when beiing moved. Small felt pads for under each leg are cheap, easy to apply and will also help with the disturbance to other diners. Basically an excellent restaurant!!

Lovely night here with friends. Service is always exceptional, food is fabulous, minimal wait times for dishes to arrive, extensive menu, plenty of parking available, BYO. Our only issue this particular night and it’s unavoidable, a large table of guests arrived which changed the ambiance, it was so noisy we could no longer hear ourselves.

Nice place to eat out, food and service is great. It would be nice to be recognised that it’s a birthday dinner, as when booking you are asked if there is an occasion for the booking. Birthday was noted on two occasions but no one acknowledged this during the night.

Great night overall, spoiled only by smokers going outside and smoking less than 6 metres from where we were seated and eating in the garden area. Will eat inside next time, but shame, the outside area is lovely on a nice night. Foul stinking cigarette smoke took the edge off the night, stupid, inconciderate people, not the resteraunts fault.

We love the wonderful family atmosphere and friendship. The food is always beautiful, the service is great and the prices good.
Just a couple of thoughts :-
We were seated at the front of house and there were ants coming onto the table.
The vegetables on both our dishes were very crunchy and perhaps needed a little bit more cooking time. The prawns were a little tough. Do you use green prawns or cooked ? Green may be more tender.

Great value, delicious Thai food made with lovely fresh herbs. Attentive, but not intrusive, friendly waiters.
It could be helpful to have a Chili heat rating system so that people don’t get a dish that is too hot for their taste.

The only thing dissapointing for my husband (as this is his favourite place to have pad Thai) was the serving size of the food was much smaller than he used to have previously and not to the quality that it was all the other times we have brought food from there, so he was bummed out about that. All other food was very nice.
