Blackbird – Vegankök & Bar is one of the few completely vegan restaurants in Göteborg. There are no animal products in our food, kitchen or bar. No meat, fish, seafood, dairy products, eggs, honey or animal additives. Instead, we embrace all the amazing vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, legumes and products made of them in various forms. Our unique cheeses and tempeh dishes we make from scratch in our kitchen, as well as all seitan products. Our menu changes regularly but favorites will return.

Exceptionally good food as always. We dine here about once per year while we are in Gothenburg. The food is exceptional from starter to dessert, and the atmosphere is brilliant with great music. Blackbird has a punk vibe while still managing to make everyone feel welcome. Super friendly staff. Love it!
Extra plus for having 16 Horsepower, one of my favourite bands ever, as a soundtrack for the first hour. Added to the experience!

I went there with my girlfriend and we both enjoyed our time very very much. We absolutly loved it and will definetly come back many times! The whole experience was amazing, the food was incredible, the cheese and the dessert was 12/10 and it was a very cozy and welcomming resturant to vibe in. Even the bathroom was a fun experience with all the stickers.

Bästa stället! Ni är väldigt tillmötesgående och trevliga. Gillar att ni är så avslappnad, cool lugna. Finns inget att klaga på! Maten är suverän. Äter alltid 3 rätters hos er och så fort man har ätit upp börjar man planera för nästa besök :D
