Pêche. Restaurant’s culinary focus is to allow creativity to flourish. We will not hold ourselves back by restraints of cuisine. Instead, we will embrace the adventure and education. What sets Pêche. Restaurant apart from so many others is our commitment to our staff’s well being, both inside and outside of the restaurant’s walls. It is our goal to provide an environment free from the typical restaurant culture. We will act as one uniform team with one joint mission: service the guests. Outside of the restaurant, we will continually push our staff to take advantage of what surrounds us - hike, ride, fish, camp, run, read, learn, energize, and enjoy the beauty!
