We celebrated a surprise 85th birthday and had the most lovely time at the Hearthstone Bistro! We had dined in other igloos around the state of Michigan during the pandemic and this experience was BY FAR the best. The igloos were warm, we didn't feel rushed, and we loved the small amenities such as having a bluetooth speaker to play our own music. The Hearthstone Bistro really thought of all the small touches that really made the experience a 10/10! Would recommend over and over again. Thanks Hearthstone Bistro for a fabulous evening!!

Hearthstone is one of my favorite restaurants in this area, making the jaunt from Holland worth the exertion every time. I love the food, the atmosphere and the thoughtful and efficient service. Our waiter Nate did all things well with good humor and intelligence. The whole experience was excellent, especially since my brother did the driving, even getting us safely back to Holland through the confusing labyrinth in front of the restaurant to do so.

Our waiter was quite busy...we waited a bit at times (hence the 9/10). Luckily, we had no place to go, the garden table area was lovely as was the evening weather. We thought maybe you were short a wait-staff person. We'll be there again!! Love your restaurant and really appreciate all you've modified to keep everyone safe as possible and your business OPEN!

When we arrived at the restaurant we were told that our reservation was for Saturday, not Friday! They did manage to find us a booth in the back corner of the small room off the bar area, not the main room. Our server, Jessie was attentive, knowledgeable of the menu and very pleasant. The food was delicious! It turned out to be a great experience although I won't make a reservation online in the future.

We have been there before COVID and it has the same Great food as before. As all restaurant, the seating is more limited so we made early reservations and had no problems getting seated. The food and soups are GREAT and well worth the trip for us. We live in ADA and have to travel 40 miles to get to the restaurant.
