For a soft opening, everyone did an absolutely fantastic job. The only weak point was the service we received. We were never made aware there were zero proof cocktails available at the bar or even given a welcome by the waiter. They seemed nervous and uncomfortable. The schnitzel was very over cooked and dry, while the fish was undercooked. No big deal on either of those, but what was annoying was no sauces that were ordered came until halfway through the meal. Waiter seemed a bit more concerned with socializing than practicing to create an awesome dinning experience. Will be back as much as possible, even while the wrinkles are being ironed out

Nice design of space, lovely door wall, entry may be a bit tight where the ordering computer is located, lightbulb filaments are a bit bright but overall lighting was just right, restrooms seem a bit large/awkward (paper may be more sanitary than blowers), Disco ball was fun but a lower wattage might make the effect a bit less intense, food varied - half-portions may be difficult to judge. seemed light on leafy greens. Plating did not do justice to some of the foods - frits on plate beside stainless steel, brie ice cream looked ok but tasted fantastic. Maybe more sprinkles, drizzles, green herbs, aromatics, paper, garnishes, wide-lipped plates? Frit may suggest 'fancy' fries to English speakers, but fries seemed typical. Maybe steak cut them? Or use very big potatoes so they are skinny but extra long? or do sweet potato fries or bread as an option? Or (more) visibly season them? Staff did a great job making people feel welcome on entry and exit, acknowledged patrons and answered questions very well. A few lifetime members may have been confused about the soft-open invitation and not understood they were invited. Overall, a very generous and warm opening event, very cheerful, very promising, very enjoyable.
