All hot and fresh, delicious. We have been before and it wasn't always hot and fresh.
Logos and burgers once and logos were cold
Great job yesterday. Great variety with vegetarian options, pasta was great with veggies and black beans.
Scallop potatoes were so good

We have been to the Rinkside a few times for supper before the game. Last nights food was the best we have ever had. It was all delicious! The only downfall was - we ordered Caesars for drinks and found that they tasted watered down.

Love the staff! Most nights the food is off the charts! I don't think I have any suggestions to to improve things. It's pretty great as it is. We attend the pregame buffet pretty much every game and are quite pleased. The hosts and servers are exceptional! Great experience all around!

As season ticket holders, we have regularly enjoyed the lounge for a meal before the games because we know the food is always FANTASTIC and the service is EXCELLENT! It’s a great way to get fueled up before the excitement of the game and so much fun being surrounded by all the other fans enjoying themselves as well.

The meal was great short and sweet. You don't have to make is elaberate.. Chicken wings or tenders, with some taco's. AND have Bruiser's pasta as a every game meal and just add to that. Easy to have the pasta and just add othre options.....

I did not order food on this trip which is why I entered 0. Although I had a great time and would certainly come back, I thought that with the lack of response from the community, it might be a waste of resources to do this event again. There were only 8 people there (4 of them were in my group), and only 8 people at the event on last Thursday. Is it really worth opening up the lounge when there is obviously a lack of support from the community?

First time trying this and was really impressed with it. Food was good and hot. Couldn't try everything since half our party was gluten sensitive but was enough there to make it earth while. I thought the food was great , just had to ask for vinegar for the buffet (especially with fish ) and there was only a couple packets of ketchup left when I was there.
The cheesecake at the dessert table was to die for.
I do have to say I felt a little bit uncomfortable standing in the line when it starts getting too long as there’s people sitting on tables right against the wall at the high tables and then there’s tables right there beside you on the right at the lower tables and it’s very uncomfortable standing there while they’re eating as it’s a little tight in that area. Kind of wish that the two high tables weren’t there against the wall or moved down further .
Other than those couple things, I thought it was great.!

It’s a viewing party , food is ordered online so really no service plus we had to keep going up and asking for condiments cutlery never got separate plates as we were sharing .
The drink prices are ridiculous I get it for games it’s like everywhere else but for a viewing party I could’ve gone to the rope factory where drinks are half the price . It’s not a game it’s a viewing party. The ambience was great and I’m glad for the experience and Jonathan as always got us all involved and was wonderful .

I've been twice now. Love the idea of the rotating buffet menu. I think the place is great and same with the atmosphere. The service was lacking. Not enough servers as we had to wait to get our table cleaned, then wait to get utensils, and then finally the 3rd server took out drink order. I think $10 for kids and $20 for Adults would be more of a fair price. Remember, this is Blue Collar Brantford and these are the people that will help support this team now and in the future.

The gentelman at the door who seated us greated and made us feel welcome and brought us to our tabel.. Then our waitress blond with alot of Tatooes !!! WEll what can I say she was one of the best servers I have ever had... Not only did she great us she gave suggestions and explained the in's and out's of the Rinkside Lounge..
My not so great part was the ticket person who scaned our tickets before confiming our reservations to be seated. She was not welcoming nor did she seam to enjoy her job. That ticket person has the most important job.... She is the first contact and repersents the Bulldog Franchise and when she is not being welcoming the coustomer just had his first experance before eveing sitting down. It is supossed to be a enjoyable night of OHL hockey good food and game... Might want to have someone with coustomer service and wants to enjoy what they do, Like the gentelman showing us our table or our waitress... Thanks Marty Chapple 289 968 0598

As a season ticket holder we have been to the Rinkside lounge regularly and have always waited for the next game so we could check the menu and book again, this last visit however was a debate as the assortment on the menu was not what it was in the past. We decided to go anyway and were disappointed with the lack of variety (one starch and 2-proteins) and the fact that we had to wait a few times for the dishes to be replenished, not for seconds but for our first plate.
Like I said, we are regulars and continually bragged about the buffet and the value for the spread that was offered. We, at a minimum are a group of 4 but usually 6 with a bill just under $200 with drinks and tip (a great value as it was in past years) however if our next visit is as disappointing as the last one, it may be our last. We are hoping this is not the fact.
You can’t set the bar and then lower it and then expect people to accept that.

Pasta noodles were needing more cooking ….the quiche was over cooked but the beef pie was excellent…macaroni was very good so it’s kind of half and half for me
I like the idea to have small bags out to fill with candy, popcorn so I can enjoy during the game ,…actually not a bad venue

The service is fantastic! They all hard and are very friendly. Food is not great considering how expensive it is. The hot dog buns were stale and food was not hot. This was our second time and we likely won’t eat there again as the cost and food do not match. The environment is great for having a drink before the game or catching up with friends at intermission though, love the space!!!
