First time trying this and was really impressed with it. Food was good and hot. Couldn't try everything since half our party was gluten sensitive but was enough there to make it earth while. Only suggestion is there were no desserts available for gluten sensitivity. This is something you should look into

Staff was very friendly and courteous. Food was really good. Wasn’t sure how to take popcorn. Didn’t notice if there were bags. Or whether we could take some to go. Should have asked but wasn’t obvious.

I've been twice now. Love the idea of the rotating buffet menu. I think the place is great and same with the atmosphere. The service was lacking. Not enough servers as we had to wait to get our table cleaned, then wait to get utensils, and then finally the 3rd server took out drink order. I think $10 for kids and $20 for Adults would be more of a fair price. Remember, this is Blue Collar Brantford and these are the people that will help support this team now and in the future.

We need a new rink, the noise in the Lounge is tough to take. No fault of anyone it's just something about the accoustics in the Lounge is awful. You can't even talk to the people you sit with.

The gentelman at the door who seated us greated and made us feel welcome and brought us to our tabel.. Then our waitress blond with alot of Tatooes !!! WEll what can I say she was one of the best servers I have ever had... Not only did she great us she gave suggestions and explained the in's and out's of the Rinkside Lounge..
My not so great part was the ticket person who scaned our tickets before confiming our reservations to be seated. She was not welcoming nor did she seam to enjoy her job. That ticket person has the most important job.... She is the first contact and repersents the Bulldog Franchise and when she is not being welcoming the coustomer just had his first experance before eveing sitting down. It is supossed to be a enjoyable night of OHL hockey good food and game... Might want to have someone with coustomer service and wants to enjoy what they do, Like the gentelman showing us our table or our waitress... Thanks Marty Chapple 289 968 0598

The service is fantastic! They all hard and are very friendly. Food is not great considering how expensive it is. The hot dog buns were stale and food was not hot. This was our second time and we likely won’t eat there again as the cost and food do not match. The environment is great for having a drink before the game or catching up with friends at intermission though, love the space!!!
