We really enjoyed the Sunday roast takeover. The food and drink were spot on, my beef was lovely and pink and the veggies varied, tasty and fresh. The gravy was next level. The restaurant provides a nice setting, informal but smart. The staff were attentive and polite. Only minor point was we had to go up to order as they don't take orders at the table. They must have their reasons for doing it but its a shame as it detracts slightly when someone has to leave the table to go up to order from what otherwise was a top notch lunch out. Not enough to lose any rating points though! Would highly recommend.
