Booking was easy online. Everything was set up to keep us safe in this COVID world. Waiting staff explained how to use app to order. Service was quick and ice cream was delicious. My score of 8 for value was that I felt the drinks were expensive.

Hello. The service from the waiting staff was great but it would have been nice to be able to pay using the app at the point of ordering. We were a party of 6 all with separate bills and the poor staff member had to go back and forth to the till at the end of our meal checking in each payment. So the staff member got a 10, the app got a 6 :(

Can't fault anything. Even in these times of uncertainty the staff were polite and professional and the food was fantastic with very little waiting time. I will be back.

Ridiculously short staffed totally felt sorry for the staff they were rushed off their feet but they did an amazing job in the eastleigh branch
Took a while to choose as 1 menu (on phone) between 5 kids is quite tricky. Disposable menus would be better. Cafe was clean and staff were friendly. Food was really good.
It was yummy as ever. It did take us an age to order, but that was more to do with us than the system! However, a very clear heads up in the table reservation software that we would need to have the app and register to order our scrummy food would have been helpful for oldies like us! Next time we go it will be much quicker.

Felt very safe with the way the cafe was set up, the app was pretty simple to master too
The food was lovely and great value due to the Government deal but the services was slow to both receive our food and pay the bill. We were also sat under the air conditioning unit so it was a bit chilly.
Food was brilliant -service was good but due to current climate it was hard trying to order via telephone especially if you are older and can not work technology well
Even though we booked, we still had quite a long wait for a table. We saw other groups wander in past staff and sit themselves at a table after we had finally been seated, was this the reason our table was delayed too?! Staff were great, food was perfect and order arrived quickly considering how busy they were.
Staff could be more customer friendly and welcoming.
They closed at 9.30 which i found very random and it just kind of happened meaning the people relaxing spending time before christmas were basically kicked out! always known this place to close at least 10 onwards, and yes I understand the times are slightly different due to lockdown but 9.30 is a very random time and this wasn’t stated or announced to us before dining. the online ordering system is a bit confusing and lacks some extra descriptions and maybe even more photos so it defeated the point as i still had to go up to the till to ask questions when i could of then just ordered there as well
