Everything was top-notch! The food was fabulous. We love the Kalbi brisket and ono Brussel sprouts plus huli huli chicken and cauliflower were matched with yummy sides. The spirits were unique and fun. Our waitress was excellent. Sweet, accommodating and efficient. Couldn't ask for a better evening.

We had a great time at Easy Que! We made a reservation a couple days before and are so glad we did as there was quite a long line all night (it was a Thursday evening). We arrived on time and were seated immediately at our table that had a reserved plate on it.
The service and food was amazing, loved every bite! They definitely give you a ton of food; I could only eat half of my plate and had the other half for dinner the next night.
We will 100% come back!

excellent server, food great as usual, music to loud to hold a conversation. Location open to street noise and passers by, not my idea of nice ambience, but seems to be the norm in a lot of these establishments. We bring friends, and family, because of food, service and cocktails, anything negative is mostly overlooked. Glad to have the option in Kailua, HI.

Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, nothing but praise for them. The brussel sprouts is the best item, beef brisket can go toe to toe with some of the BBQ restaurants in the mainland.
The pulled pork is ok, good smoky flavor but a bit on the dry side.
The huli huli chicken isn't traditional, it's more a typical BBQ chicken but too dry. The potato mac salad too sour, same thing for Mexican corn, way too sour.
In the late afternoon, the restaurant is a bit on the hotter side, perhaps it's the summer and the other seasons not so bad, or just the AC wasn't working that well.
A mixed bag but the good items far outweigh the ok ones.

Sorry to nitpick: Seems to be inconsistent with the ice tea refills. At lunch, we received refills for the standard unsweetened ice tea for no additional charge. Lastnight, we were shocked to see an extra charge for a refill. If the server is going to ask customers if they want a refill, they should state that there is a charge. Something small but kind of irritating to see it on the bill. Maybe we’re just used to free ice tea refills at every other restaurant we visit.

Loved being able to pre-order food so that it was available when we got there. Staff was nice and accommodating. We did feel a little rushed to leave. Our check was given to us when we had 2 people still eating their meal. We also had to ask about dessert options since we wanted dessert but our check came first and since we felt rushed to leave, we took a couple of bites of the dessert since our waitress plated and took it home to finish. Other than that we enjoyed the food. It was delicious.

We’ve been multiple times. The food never disappoints. However this time, we were seated and no one came to our table for 30 minutes. I had to flag down a waiter to finally give us water and take our order. She kindly helped us, but I don’t even think she was our assigned waiter. It was difficult to get any help or assistance all night. We had to flag someone down again to pay and get a box. Disappointed with the service but great food.
