The current Anthonie's is not comparing very well to the pre-COVID Anthonie's unfortunately. I realize that they are trying their best to try to keep a business running (we all are), but on a day with a heat index over 100F, sitting outside at a partially-shaded table is just a miserable experience. It would have been nice to know at the time of booking that outside tables were going to be the standard. The food was decent, but shortly after eating, several of us began to feel a bit nauseous, again- maybe due to the heat, maybe the food, but unfortunately it's going to be a while until we go back.

Nice place. The service and atmosphere was perfect, a 10 rating for sure. Most all the food was great besides our $50 steak. We had it cooked medium rare and it was cooked to that specification but the problem was the texture. It was so tough and grisly. We were so disappointed as we had heard so many rave reviews. I guess it was just a bad cut of meat that day. We will try again just disappointing to spend that kind of money and it not be good.

Anthonies was an excellent choice for our first time eating in a restaurant since COVID. They were extremely professional and the wait staff was very accommodating. We ordered the pork ribeye, which was phenomenal and the braised short ribs which are always a great option. The tables are spaced, so no concerns about the 6 foot distance. Very frustrated that I scheduled a reservation to be put at terrible table in the front deck. When asked about other tables, in the shade and away from traffic I was told that those were reserved. I felt very disrespected for scheduling a reservation and felt like a walk in. The food was great, but I do not think we will be back due to the lack of consideration of the host staff.

Limited menu evidently during the week. I was hoping to get prime rib, but had to get a 16 oz ribeye instead which did not look that size. Meat had gristle and was chewy. Only 3 pieces of asparagus on the side. The food was not what I expected. Better steak at other places. Not anywhere worth $49. This is the 2and time I have eaten here. Atmosphere is good, but not worth paying the ridiculous price for what you get. I will probably not come back.

Only improvement needed....wait staff needs to be more aware of social distancing. Yes they need to approach the table to take orders and deliver the great food but doing so within a framework of social distancing will keep customers comfortable. Obviously they can't say 6 feed away but there is no need to get very close and lean over a table. Just recommending some awareness training/refresh.

Shelly, our server, was wonderful. The only concern that we had was the lack of social distancing. The tent out front for people waiting for tables was packed. The bar area had every seat full. Absolutely beautiful atmosphere and service. I would suggest the servers introducing themselves to the table. Also, make sure we’re removing dirty dishes promptly. Lastly, I would suggest utilizing the waiting area tables for diners. Maximize your space , while still social distancing. Also, sitting in front of fan is never a good experience.

It was my daughter’s 24 birthday. Everything was wonderful, staff that greeted us at the door, our waiter and the food was amazing! Birthday surprise dessert was icing on the cake! Great experience!

I know everyone is doing all they can to get back to normal and I truly appreciate it. The staff at Anthonie’s were all wonderful and happy to have the Mother’s Day crowd and we were happy to be there too. My only complaint, and take it as minor considering the circumstances we are all under, is that the Prime Rib I ordered was overdone and dry. I am sure that would not be the case under normal circumstances. We will return as we do love the place.

Really nice outdoor setting with friendly service. In regards to the food value, we were a bit disappointed with the ribs and the drunken short ribs.

Anthonie's NEVER disappoints. Due to the pandemic they even have hand sanitizer the lovely hostesses offer you. The staff is always pleasant and has a wealth of information on the food they're serving up. My sister came to town and we went with her and my brother in law and they loved everything about it. Drinks, apps, food and deserts all perfect!!!

The only complaint is the waiter kept checking to see if we were done with each portion of our meal; would offer a cold beverage (beer) to my husband, however, I had to ask the server to refill my water glass - he once never offered to refill. We saw the restaurant on Goodtaste with Tanji and made it a must go to!
