The hotel was clean and comfortable - not modern, but none the worse for that. Friendly and professional staff. Food was good - not a wide choice, but what was on offer was appetising and well-presented. Only issue was limited range of beers as two of the lagers on tap had run out. One of those things though and did not spoil the stay.

Lovely staff helpful and friendly. Room clean and fresh although a bit dated which we really didn’t mind. A pleasant stay.
