Lovely pub, clean and welcoming. Food menu limited but what we had was good. Service a little slow but friendly. What was great was it’s a dog friendly pub!
Will visit again when hopefully they’ll have a full menu. Then it’ll be ten stars all round.

Sunday lunch had hearty portions and very good value. Pork was a little less tender than hoped but beef was amazing! Scrummy pudding choice and attentive helpful staff. Lovely Sunday lunch out.

Food great and terrific value for 3 courses.(we all had roasts)...we enjoyed the food...service excellent...however dining room generally is not suited to a warm, welcoming atmosphere..room is long and thin so difficult to space tables properly. Room smelt of damp..decor is generally run down...it needs some reorganising and money spent on it. Its a shame because its a great pub in a beautiful village. But the general ambiance would discourage returning.
