Food was superb, all diners (7) really enjoyed meals. Both staff on duty friendly and knowledgeable about menu, willing to amend menu to sort needs. Restaurant quite quiet which effected ambience. Great night though, Food was really good

Tables well spaced and masks worn by friendly staff. Food well cooked and ample portions. Good menu with lots of choices at resonable prices. Music low so you can talk. A very good place to eat and we will certainly be going again.

The man that owns the hawkenbury was very friendly as well as his son and the lovely barmaid Chloe was excellent and the lady who cooked the lovely breakfast was so nice and helpful we will definitely be returning
