An adorable establishment with plenty of games! The staff were very friendly and helpful, great music, an enjoyable atmosphere and the BEST hot chocolate I've ever had! We'll definitely be back again sometime soon!
On a side note: I embarrassingly said: "hello" instead of "bye, have a good day" to a worker when I was leaving, and it's been the running joke in the friend group ever since, lol. So, apologies for that! She was also pretty cute; text for coffee sometime?

The staff were phenomenal - super friendly and warm. They were the best part of my time at Crossroads! The atmosphere & vibes were on point for a board game cafe; loved the touches of anime and comics all around. The drinks we got were delicious and crafted with finesse. Finally, the cost of playing and dining in was 100% worth the quality of the experience we received. Thank you, Crossroads! We'll be sure to return, no doubt about it.

We hadn’t been to a gaming cafe or gaming convention since 2019 due to the pandemic. Crossroads followed safety guidelines, food and service were amazing. We will definitely visit again next time we are in Kitchener-Waterloo.
