This is the best food, service, mixed drinks and wine pairing, and experience I’ve had. Ever. Thank you Wes and team. Everything is locally sourced, the menu is updated often is a great way, my food allergy was accounted for and they will accommodate all allergies including celiac. My previous favourite restaurant was in Europe. We’re luck to have world class dining in the Kitchener Waterloo area.

Outdoor seating in October with no heaters. Food delicious but tiny portions. Wine generous and good pairings with the food. Prepaid so would not have stayed as the seating was not appealing. Left cold and hungry
