This was a Mothering Sunday visit for 4 all having a hearty brunch ask. Despite being very busy the service was fantastic and we didn’t wait long at all for the food which was all very good. The staff were all friendly and attentive and would recommend 412 to anyone looking for a great non ‘corporate’ experience the atmosphere is great the food and in particular cakes are just fantastic.

Love the relaxed atmosphere in 412, the staff are so friendly and the food is just delicious. Got to mention the coffee too - I’m an avid tea drinker but always treat myself to a great cup of coffee as it’s totally irresistible!

Had the small breakfast & tea. Sausage wasn't the best but the rest was OK. Nice cup of tea. Quite cosy but lots of atmosphere. Excellent service & chatty staff. Would revisit.
