Met friends for lunch, the food and service were great. The Cafe Bar is an attractive, clean and comfortable place to dine although it was a bit cool on our visit. The lunch deal was fantastic value for money, we will definitely return.

In a word - Fabulous. A lovely welcome, good food and drinks a great atmosphere. Came for my Partners birthday… there were 8 of us and when settling the bill, it was under £36 each - we had bottles of wine, GnT’s and beers. A great night out - we will be back

I’d organized a group of 6 - everyone really enjoyed it, great service, reasonable prices for food and wine. Maybe a few more fish choices would be good (sea bass fillet?) Excellent overall.

I’ve eaten at The Cafe Bar quite a few times over the years and the standards and quality has never dropped, the food is amazing and the service is without question the best I have experienced when compared against majority from establishments we have ate at, I’d highly recommend The Cafe Bar and will be returning hopefully soon

The food, the venue and the service were excellent but, the restaurant was cold. I kept my coat on throughout. It was early evening so maybe it gets warmer as it gets busier, I don't know. Overall a very pleasant evening, I would definitely recommend it to my friends and visit again.

A great cosy place to enjoy food and drink. The courtyard offers an al fresco atmosphere where you could be in the Mediterranean (if its sunny :-)). Menu has something for all tastes and portion sizes are good but not overbearing. Friendly staff made for an enjoyable evening. Looking forward to going back

The service and staff are amazing . Food was good value for money . The thing that would put me off going again is the plastic multi coloured chairs and cheap tables . They just looked so tacky inside and outside in the courtyard . This place used to have such an Italian feel to it with lovely shrubs and olde worlde feel but it just looks cheap and tacky now. I’m so sorry to be harsh but it’s a perfect setting for what could be something very special and in fact it used to be back in the day ..

Always good here, they serve sangria which many places don’t , the Greek waiter is always fun , can’t fault the food but you better be hungry the portions are big big !
