Everything was perfect! We were celebrating our daughter's college graduation and we just loved the ambiance, food and staff! We Will be back for sure! If there was one thing that could use some improvement...it would be the parking. We did find street parking so it was all good!

Drinks were great, chicken Marsala was awesome, so was the dinner special-sirloin steak with bone marrow. I do recommend serving some bread and butter with dinner and keep risotto on the menu. We even got a complimentary bread pudding for Birthday which also was awesome. Staff is super friendly. Honestly, I never had a bad meal there.

1st time visit to The Bistro in Williamston, love this restaurant!! Food and service was awesome. Quiet atmosphere, nice for a low key dinner with good conversation. Great cocktails too! Will make this a monthly Friday night date spot.

We had a phenomenal experience at The Bistro. The staff was very gracious and helped us to accommodate some dietary restrictions in our party. The food was exquisite and we just had a really nice time there. Loved the patio seating as well - perfect on a warm, early summer day.

Food, wine and personnel were great. The Bistro has always been a noisy environment and that interfered with being able to hear what was being said. Maybe tablecloths would help soften the noise. Maybe wall hangings. The Bistro is a fun place. Maybe a little attention to noise is all it needs. I thank you so much for accommodating us and our veggie guest. You were great.
