Jose Andres brings his celebrated East Coast tapas restaurant to Vegas with the award winning Jaleo. Located at the Cosmopolitan, this colorful dining destination serves flavorful Spanish food for dinner nightly. Prepared family style, the elaborate menu incorporates a variety of meat, seafood, and vegetables into authentic Spanish style tapas. Menu standouts include a collection of Bocadillos, an array of cheeses, and Butifarra Casera Esparracada, a homemade pork sausage stew. Jaleo is also equipped with its own paella making station and offers five variations, including Paella Valenciana ‘Rafael Vidal.” An eight seat Chef’s bar is available for parties interested in a closer look.
