Great service! Booked a table for 7 and the servers were wonderful! Checking in every so often when our plates got empty to bring us more food for our unlimited hot pot! They were absolutely outstanding dealing with my onion allergy! They offered to make me my dipping sauce themself so that it was made away from any cross contamination that might occur with the area you can make your own.

It was nice and quiet on the day and the staff were really attentive. We had the same waiter all day and he explained the ordering process really well. We went for the all inclusive hot pot for 4 people. The food was excellent. We’d had hotpot in Xian before and this didn’t disappoint us. We’d put on the reservation it was my son’s birthday and they lowered the lights and all sang Happy Birthday to him. He’s 23 and still hasn’t forgiven me! We will be back. Thank you

my favourite place since i moved to Yorkshire. I am biased because i love hot pot, but the food and the broth is top notch and the service is excellent. Its not cheap, but it is excellent food and great service.

Celebrated our anniversary here,and it was great. I encouraged my husband to try the hotpot and he enjoy it. Thank you OAO for the complimentary wine and sweet and sour chicken. Last June I also celebrated my 50th Birthday here with friends. Good food, good presentation, warm staffs. Highly recommend

Lunch was excellent, very good service and food and fairly priced wines. The cocktails were amazing!! and yes it was lunch!! Tables are little awkward to sit at as they have the "hotpot" heater etc. in the middle of the table which restricts being able to get your legs under. Will be going back again soon :)
