A 'Hidden Treasure' to dine in. The superb quality of the food was undeniable. The management take every effort to please the customer and offers to accommodate dishes that are not on the menu at less busy times. The starters could have been a little bigger, but the quality counted. An authentic taste of Nepal will definitely visit again.

My wife and I have never tried Nepalese cuisine and Gorkha 8848 is in our neighbourhood, and since we're both adventurous with food, we decided to give it a try on date night and we were not disappointed.
Firstly, the host was very welcoming and extremely polite and courteous;
Next, the interior decor is classy and yet homely;
The food did not take long to get to us and the taste was superb, compliments to the chef.
We'll definitely be adding this to our top 5 very favourite places to eat in Leicester.
Oh, one more thing, the price is quite affordable too.
