I’d like to extend a huge thank you to our server, Katie, who was really attentive and polite. We had family visiting from down south, one that struggles a lot outside of their comfort zone, especially public settings, who was extremely anxious about their whole day in general. We were sat in a quiet area, service was fast, food was great, music was boss. Our server was beyond patient, attentive and any queries were not a problem. It might have seemed like a standard table to the staff, but our visiting family members were genuinely on the fence about even coming to Liverpool - but instead left that night feeling the opposite and something as simple as great service really contributed to this, so thank you!

Frozen Daiquiri cocktail tasted more like a slush puppy. Service was very relaxed and had to wait ages before we went in and asked for the bill.
