The whole experience at Base Face Pizzas was great. The pizzas we shared were delicious, the dough flavourful, such good toppings, both traditional and innovative. My favourites - Base Face pizza, Peppergine, and the Christmas Special. Recommended!

I wish I lived near to Base Face Pizza. If I did, I would come here every night if I could. Gorgeous pizzas, creative, delicious, and so much care has been taken to use local ingredients. This is a true local pizzeria that supports its local community, and provides a warm an friendly atmosphere for anyone that is lucky enough to book a table, or just walk in.
Delicious pizza, staff that care, what more can I say? (Oh, I can say, order the dough sticks with garlic butter, you won’t be disappointed!…:they even do Margherita Ice cream!)

Highly recommended.
A really nice family-run pizzeria. We had such a good evening sitting outside on a warm summer's evening, watching the world go by and enjoying ourselves. Loved the starters, great selection of classic and classy pizzas, tiramisu and fabulous ice creams to choose from, good wine selection, not too much choice which we liked. Good friendly service.

Great tastes - work wonderfully well together. Pizza could have been that little bit crispier around the edges (although I appreciate electric pizza ovens are trickier to work with). Wine probably a couple of quid too pricey.

We really enjoyed our pizzas. The Truffle one was particularly delicious. We liked the location - busy but set back from the road with the opportunity to sit outside weather depending.
Improvements - we'd booked a table but this wasn't acknowledged (it was our wedding anniversary). Only espresso coffee available the night we visited and no tea available.
