Always expensive going out these days particularly if you want good quality strong beer but it's never disappointing at the Hammerton Brewery or House of Hammerton. Love the atmosphere, friendliness of staff and beer choice in both. Had pizza for the first time this time though. Shared 3 different ones, and all were dam tasty. Highly recommended and I'll be back there soon I'm sure.

Stopped off for a few beers en route to the Arsenal football match. Great place for a drink, good atmosphere in the bar. Didn’t eat but pizzas looked and smelt great. Easily accessible to caladonian road& barnsbury station, will definitely be back

The staff were exceptionally nice. It was disappointing that the Arsenal game was not being shown in the mezanine area, as we hoped for. However we had a very good time.

I felt the beer was pretty expensive especially for takeaway cans. We were treated well. Excellent customer service. Great music and a nice taproom experience overall. Would come back but beers are pricy. Yes I know about craft beer prices.

I understand the experience for the England vs Denmark game was an anomaly since we've watched games at Hammerton before without any issues. I do have to comment about this instance in hopes that this feedback can be used to avoid the same situation again. We placed our orders for beers and the Round app said pending for 45 minutes before it was suddenly cancelled with no reason and no alert. This happened to two people buying rounds at our table so 2 rounds cancelled. We then placed orders again, but also went inside to check and see if the original order was truly cancelled and we were told we would get a refund in a few days. The issue wasn't about the refund. It was about the fact that we had been sitting at our reserved table for over an hour with no beers in sight. The bar staff was clearly very overwhelmed and I felt bad for them but it was disappointing that we had a round of beers before the game started, and then we had to watch the entire game without any beer. We kept thinking it was coming and then the orders would cancel. The worst part is that our next 2 orders that we placed after the first cancelled orders came immediately after the game ended. It was really a shame because we were not able to finish the 2 rounds that came at once and had to leave full beers on the table. I know that this is probably not new feedback about the night and hope improvements can be made next time around. I also want to comment on the taco truck. They need more people manning the truck. We waited in line 45 minutes and then another 20 minutes for our food. The food was also not very good at all. I'm sorry to say but we had a plate of tacos that we didn't finish and ended up ordering Deliveroo Shake Shack, which is a blessing to have nearby your brewery. I know the crowds for the brewery and taco truck were probably bigger than anticipated and that probably led to some of the issues. It was a crazy night and you did the best you could. Only marking lower as the tables on the opposite side of the brewery are slanted as on an uneven surface and drinks slide down. Had to hold onto them and someone with a gin glass had thier glass slide onto thier lap, in thier handbag and over the person next to them. Best to maybe invest in putting a rubber surface or mats on these tables so this doesnt happen. and maybe serve in long glasses until the problem is fixed as shape of wine/gin causes them to tip The actual position if the tables is uncomfortable as you sliding down the bench due to the gravity of it. A tad disappointing when you purposefully booked a table under cover and heaters on the flat side and end up moved to that area.

On the hottest day of the year, you put tables under your extractor fan blowing hot air!! Not pleasant.
