I love Hackney! Staff are great and best beers in the Walthamstow beer mile. The hot dog place just outside now is a bit overpriced, but good.

Beer was really great but decor in bar was oddly bland. Looked like the breakfast room in a travel lodge. Needs a little ‘soul’ I’d suggest. Maybe some colour and some pictures of the brewery from the past?

Didn't try the food so can't comment but I'm sure it was lovely. :) Knocked down a mark as there were some overly raucus customers who kept shouting so conversation was not so easy at times (I didn't complain as they seemed very happy with things) . Bar team totally wonderful. Baffling bin for the hand towels until I worked out you press in the centre of the panel. More post-it's needed for the pay if forward number to be jotted down please. Beer's were fantastic.

It was a soft launch but on the beer front it ran very smoothly (and fizzily). The food truck had a lot of issues but that wasn't down to the brewery.
