Booking essential and therefore table was ready for us. One hot chocolate didn't come with the other 3 but overall very happy with service. Hot Chocolates are very sweet but was expected and we all enjoyed them so much. Staff provided box to bring remainder of cake home as too much to eat with the hot chocolate. Prices are high but luxury hot chocolate so very clearly displayed on website so we were expecting same.

Service needs improving. There were empty tables and a huge queue. The queue then disappeared as people didn’t want to wait when they could see empty tables. Appreciate you’ve gone viral but you could be making a lot more money by having better staff.

I travelled from Manchester with my 13yr old daughter off the back of a TikTok video showing the most amazing ‘triple’ hot chocolate that she had seen and now wouldn’t stop talking about! We made a reservation (good job we did as the place was packed to the rafters and the queue of people outside had to be turned away). Possibly one of the best coffee/hot chocolate/profiteroles I have tasted outside of Italy! This place is definitely worth a visit - we will definitely be coming again when we are back in Soho ❤️

Could not recommend this place more for chocolate lovers and for food lovers. We went with the intention of eating lots of chocolate and we actually started with the cheese boards and charcuterie boards which were incredible! We then (though we didn’t have too much space) ordered the chocolate and it was incredible- had to take away my cake as couldn’t finish it! The latte was delightful with the triple chocolate- couldn’t recommend enough!

I did book the table there for my bday. Place look very messy. Plenty on dirty table not set up and people waiting out side. The menu was dirty with the chocolate all over. It’s takes 3 seconds to clean with wet cloths, There was only one waitress with long ginger hair cleaning and looking after costumers - I could see she was busy and she needed help. Very nice girl she did great job. Bless her.
We seat down there for 10/15 min with no waiting for someone ( that time there was only us and other table)I have to send up to call someone to be served. In mind time manager was taking selfies with rest of the stuff. Little bit unprofessional. Luck of team work there. Hot chocolate was good.
