We loved our time there. We got the large hot chocolate and some strawberries and a waffle to dip in it. It was beyond rich, thick, divine and delicious. And the wait staff was SO nice. It was my friend’s birthday and I had brought candles and they lit them and took pictures for us. They were absolutely delightful. One of my favorite places I’ve visited!

WOW!! Delicious Italian liquid chocolate in a cup! I recommend a small, I went for a regular and couldn’t do it justice. Definitely a chocolate experience in London not to miss

We loved everything about chocolate Bear. We were a group of 7 adults who mostly ordered different items and everything was delicious. The 3 chocolates drizzled on the chocolate cake was my favorite. We got a last minute reservation and it was a perfect experience.

Booked table..table was ready when we arrived…ordered food and received food with no problems … service was great too from the manager of the shop… also meant the owner who was a nice guy too

What a brilliant idea!
We really did love it, we asked for a candle or some kind of birthday recognition but didn’t get any, which was fine.
The chocolate cake was dry, thank goodness for the triple melted chocolate option.
A real novelty and wonderful treat- thank you so much.

Honestly the highlight of our weekend! The food is fantastic and the chocolate has to be tasted to be believed. All the staff were so friendly and helpful but Raffaella stood out, her efficiency, warmth and humour really made our visit memorable, thank you, we will be back!!
