Frequently Asked Questions- Do I have to book online?
- Half our capacity is held back for walk-in guests. If availability if limited online then feel free to swing by and have a chat with our door host.
- Are you booking time slots?
- Yes, we are currently taking all bookings in time slots of 2 hours at a time. At the end of you reservation we kindly ask that you vacate the table promptly so that it can be thoroughly sanitised before the next reservation are seated.
- How do I cancel a booking?
- If you need to cancel a booking please do so via Table Agent with as much notice as possible. No show s may result in you not being able to book again in the future. For bookings of 6+ guests please contact us via [email protected] to cancel the booking.
- What happens if I am going to be late?
- All tables later than 15 minutes will be considered cancelled although we will always try to find an alternative booking for you.
- Do you have disabled access?
- Due to the age of the building there are steps through the main door and our toilets are located on the first floor. Please email us with any concerns and we will do our best to answer any specific questions.
- Do I need to leave a debit/credit card detail with you to make a booking?
- For groups of 7 or less, card details are only required Thursday-Saturday evenings. If you fail to cancel before your reservation time then a £10 per head charge will be made. For groups of 8+, a £50 deposit is required to secure the booking. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The deposit is required regardless of the day of the week.

I would like to say a massive thank you to Dani and the team at So Bar for the brilliant party we threw for my partners 30th! The room looked classy, elegant and was the perfect size. The staff on the bar were polite, accommodating and so helpful. My boyfriend had the best night and I can’t thank you all enough.
