Noodles were flavour less and a friends chicken was really dry. Spring rolls really greasy.
Servers not overly helpful, took 3 attempts to get a second drink, the only time when they were attentive was when the bill needed paying.

Very friendly place and perfect if you don’t mind sitting sharing with others. Service was excellent. Food was outstanding and my son has discovered a new love for Vietnamese food. Highly recommended.

I learned they did not take Virgin Experience after all even though it was on the website so we went to Pho Bun in Shaftesbury avenue in the end and they did take it. We were served by Mo from Guinea and he was excellent

At the time we wanted to pay I asked to split the bill and I wanted to pay in cash( we are from Germany)
As soon as I asked her to split the bill and pay in cash she was confused, looked 20 timed at the bill and couldn’t tell us the price for each person .
Note: we both hat the same meals except for the drinks so there wasn’t a lot to figure out .
At least we had to pay the service 2! Times because we splitted the bill . Not okay at all
